Shipping/ Return Policies
At The Utonga Brand our goal is to achieve 100% satisfaction. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept exchanges for items that have NOT been WORN, ALTERED ,or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Exchanges will be for equal valve of purchased product or store credit. We do NOT issue refunds.
All permanently marked down items and clearance sale items are FINAL SALE.
ALL orders ship within 5 - 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged and a shipping label is created.
There is no refund for shipping charges.
